What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Your activity on the website
We collect information about you using contact forms and during subscription registration or when purchasing tickets. In addition, we collect information on basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.
We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders. We will also use your information to create your subscription account.
