Recycle your live training events as e-learning courses with built-in assessment and a record of attainment.

Are you asking yourself the following questions?
  • How can I reduce the cost of training?
  • How can I deliver training more effectively?
  • How can I demonstrate that training has contributed to an improvement in performance?
  • How can I increase the number of trainees? How can I give trainees more flexibility in the way they learn
If so, we may have the answers:

... Capture and store

First, our powerful technology  captures your live training events and store them in an interactive  format with audio or video.   Talks, demonstrations, PowerPoint, whiteboards, web browsing, exercises - we capture them all.

Trainees can access these training materials at any time from any place over your corporate network or through a virtual learning environment (VLE) that we can set up for you.  This approach allows you to recycle training events and to deliver them at lower cost and with less disruption to the work of the individual.

... Empower the learner

You choose whether trainees dip into the training presentations or must work their way through the entire course.   To assist you with this, we can build an interactive quiz at the start of the presentation to determine whether the trainee has sufficient knowledge or does indeed need to undertake the training.  And at the end of the presentation, we can test whether they have acquired the skills or knowledge necessary to improve their work performance.

... Measure and report

And to demonstrate completion of the training and/or acquisition of the required skills or knowledge, you can record activity and progress through the VLE and issue certificates of completion .  Alternatively, you can add these SCORM -compliant modules to your own learning management system.

... Reinforce and consolidate

Finally, trainees tend to learn more and apply the knowledge or skills by reinforcement and peer discussion.  Your VLE provides built-in video conferencing and other collaboration tools to confirm and  complete the training process.
