Presentation Series
Typically, such a day would comprise a series of short presentations on a series of topics delivered to a small invited audience of up to 16 participants. We film the presentations and synchronise the video to the individual presentation slides and slide animations. We add dazzling annotations using lightboxes, arrows and other shapes to highlight text during slides where needed.
◊ Questions and answers
In addition, we record any audience discussion or question and answer sessions and integrate these into the presentations. Participants will not be filmed, just captured on audio with their agreement.
◊ Whiteboards, web pages and spreadsheets
And if you want to use a whiteboard or show web pages, spreadsheets or videos - no problem. We can capture and integrate them all electronically.
If there are any manuals or documents to support the presentation, then we can add these to the presentation as secure electronic page-turning books. Links can be made from individual slides to individual pages in the ebook. Likewise, we can add information about the speaker, including contact information, and web links that might be of interest.
Talking Heads
To complement the presentation series, we can film on the day one or more 2-minute Talking Head videos with one or more of the presenters to create introductory or supplementary content to either encourage users to view the presentations or to provide further information on a topic.
These are filmed against a green screen and can either be scripted and delivered using an autocue or recorded as an 'in conversation' video for a more informal approach . Titles, effects and music can be added if required.
Publication
We can either send you the presentations and Talking Heads videos to be published to your website or alternatively we can publish them as an interactive DVD, over-printed with your logo and branding.
When published, users can dip into the presentations to view and search those slides of interest whilst watching the presenter speak to the slides. They can also select video clips of individual questions and answers for each of the presentations
◊ Virtual Learning Environment
If certification or monitoring is important or if you wish to award certificates for successful completion of training, then we can place the presentations into a virtual learning environment (VLE). Registered users can access the presentations and study them in thei own time. Short interactive quizzes can be added to support learning and to assess achievement. Certificates can then be automatically awarded for successful completion and an auditable record of attainment generated for every learner.
